Karen Lamphere, MS, is a certified nutritionist and the owner of Whole Health Nutrition, a holistic nutritional counseling practice in Edmonds, WA. She graduated from Bastyr University with a master's degree in nutrition. She is a preferred provider for Regence, Premera, and Aetna Insurance.

Karen is passionate about the powerful healing benefits of a natural, whole foods approach to eating. Her approach to nutrition emphasizes education, guidance, and on-going support. She believes in making a gradual transition to a more health-supportive diet and lifestyle that honors each person's individuality and food preferences - she doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all diets.. She provides her clients with educational handouts, shopping lists, and customized meal plans accompanied by delicious and healhful recipes. Her nutrition recommendations are practical, delicious, and help to relieve stress rather than create more.
