I wanted to share with you my positive change in health and attitude since meeting with you to discuss my eating habits. When I came to you in September 2004, I was very depressed. I felt as though my emotions were running out of control and PMS symptoms were really bad. I had been taking antidepressant medication for about two weeks. After a thorough Interview and discussion of my eating habits, you suggested changes in my diet and supplements to address my depression. It was amazing how much better I felt after just one week of eating nutritional food. After two weeks of healthy eating and taking the supplements you suggested, I felt so much better that I was able to get off the antidepressants.

It has now been several months and I am over my bout of depression and I have not suffered from erratic mood swings. My PMS symptoms are greatly reduced. Now that I have been providing my body with the nutrition that it needs, I am much more sensitive to not eating properly. If I go back into my old habits and eat junk food and high processed foods, I feel so lethargic. It makes me realize just how much energy I have when I eat healthy foods.

Lastly, I wanted to report back to you about my complexion. I have been trying to incorporate the cleansing foods and supplements you suggested into my diet. It has only been a couple of weeks, but I have not had a break out and my skin is looking pretty good!

I am rather amazed to have had such great results because my life style
does not allow for me to follow a strict diet. Too many cocktail parties and meals dining out with clients. However, I find that if I try to eat healthful foods for the few meals I am at home or have control over it makes a significant difference.

I thought I'd send another report, since it's mainly good news. I've
been on your plan for ten weeks; I've lost ten pounds. My energy level
is up, and steady throughout the day. My dry skin is gradually
disappearing. I don't have those wild-hunger binge episodes like I
used to, even if I am forced to go a few extra hours between meals.

I have never gone over my daily calorie allotment; in fact I'm most
always under. However, this is because I still can't seem to eat ten
servings of vegetables, nor twenty proteins. Maybe I don't measure
them properly. I have cut wheat intake by about 98%, buying only spelt
bread and choosing wheat & gluten-free pasta dishes, and rice, oats, quinoa,
and so on. The persistent gurgling in my stomach has almost completely
gone (might very well have been the wheat). I get my fruit & dairy
mainly via smoothies, which are my "desserts" now. Yum yum.

All in all, I could not be more pleased with your plan. It is wonderful. Thank you!

Danielle is doing just great. All of her symptoms have cleared up and she didn't get sick at her last swim meet. She has lost a pound and is starting to feel really strong again. Best of all she isn't taking her prescription acid reflux medicine anymore. We are going to keep her on this diet for now and then occasionally try the other foods in the future. Thanks for the help.
